Biography:
Stephanie joined Kennedy & Collins Co., LPA in 2017 as the firm's receptionist. From the very beginning, she was committed to providing exceptional service to clients during some of life's most significant and challenging moments. As her knowledge and experience grew, so did her responsibilities. She advanced to a paralegal position and later became the firm's lead probate and estate planning paralegal, working closely with the firm's attorneys in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, and Medicaid planning.
Stephanie's hands-on experience in estate planning and probate inspired her to expand her role in serving clients. While continuing to work full-time at the firm, she attended law school and successfully balanced the demands of her career, legal education, and raising a family. She earned her Juris Doctor while remaining committed to serving the firm's clients throughout her legal education.
Upon earning her Juris Doctor and becoming licensed to practice law in Ohio in 2026, Stephanie transitioned into her role as an attorney with Kennedy & Collins Co., LPA. She continues to focus her practice on estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, and Medicaid planning.
Having served clients as a receptionist, paralegal, and now attorney, Stephanie understands the legal process from multiple perspectives. Her experience in each of these roles has given her a comprehensive appreciation of every stage of a client's journey, from the first phone call through the completion of their legal matter.
Having worked with many individuals and families throughout every stage of the planning and administration process, Stephanie understands that these matters are often deeply personal. She is committed to providing thoughtful legal guidance, practical solutions, and compassionate representation tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Stephanie and her husband are the proud parents of three children. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her children at their sporting events and activities, camping, kayaking, and spoiling her family's dog. She values creating lasting memories with her family and appreciates the balance that time outdoors brings to her busy professional life.
