Attorney Collins joins firm, name changed to Kennedy & Collins Co., LPA.

On January 1st, 2017, Attorney Christy Collins became a partner of the law firm, and the firm changed its name to Kennedy & Collins Co., LPA. Christy joined the firm in May, 2013, and has focused her practice on bankruptcy, marriage and family law, divorce or dissolution, child custody, juvenile and criminal law, civil litigation and personal injury. Christy has distinguished herself as a conscientious lawyer and skilled litigator who works tirelessly to protect her clients’ rights.

Christy graduated fourth in her class from University of Akron School of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2012. She served as an Editor of the Akron Law Review from 2010 to 2012. Christy was selected by the faculty to receive the Outstanding Student Award for Community Service and Academic Excellence in 2012. She received her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Akron in 2009, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Christy resides in Wadsworth, Ohio with her husband, children, and parents. While not hard at work, Christy can be found reading, skating, or playing games with friends and family.
